About Cole & MacIver Commercial Services Inc.

Our Story

Founded in Vancouver by Damian Cole, Cole & MacIver Commercial Services Inc. began with a mission to help keep homes and businesses clean, safe, and sanitary during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

What started as a local cleaning company has grown into a trusted cleaning and roofing service provider, proudly serving homeowners, property managers, contractors, and businesses throughout the Lower Mainland.

Our company is grounded in a family legacy of hard work and quality service, inspired by Damian’s mother, Leona Cole, who owned and operated her own cleaning business. Today, we continue those values while expanding our expertise to provide dependable cleaning, roof repairs, roof replacements, and new roof installations.

Whether we’re maintaining a property or protecting it with a reliable roofing system, our focus remains the same: quality workmanship, dependable service, and results our clients can trust.
